Council approval for Trees

Got mail yesterday from Hurstville Council approving our tree removal application.  However it did mention something about having to replace the removed trees within 3 months of removal with natives.  Um..... I don't think the house will be built by then!

I'll have to call them today.  I wonder if they even came out to have a look?  Maybe it was the yellow car our neighbour reported having seen and setting Sprocket off?

The trees we are removing are the Bangalow Palms which are super tall.  And a few other trees and bushes.  Our council only allows up to 5 trees per application so we had put in 3 application forms in order to apply to get them removed.
