Bathroom Fittings

Just so I don't have to keep looking up my files, here are the bathroom fittings we're getting.  Similar to the post about the kitchen except this time there are no surprises :) well I hope not!

The colour scheme we decided on is a brown/beige coloured one rather than a grey one.  (One day blue/white bathrooms will become popular again or peach ones... or pink ones!  Considering the old house had a pink bathroom it's not something I want to revisit!)

The fittings are Walnut Caesarstone 20mm for the vanity tops

Finesse Sand Laminate Cabinets

Tiles - something like these from Beaumont Tiles although it sounds like we can change these when we get to the tile selection time (they do this due to supply of tiles changing all the time).  It'll be hard as we changed our mind on the Caesarstone and cabinet colours so will have to choose again.

This was an alternative colour scheme but we decided to go with the brown / latte colour scheme rather than greys.

Basins

Bathtub - The (signed) inclusions  says it's a 1675mm tub although previous inclusions list actually had the Caroma Maxton specified:

Toilets - Regal II Close coupled toilet suite (upgrade as I wanted non plastic for the cistern)

Shower Rail - Caroma Essence Multi-function Shower Rail

with this mixer (in the ensuite we have put it on the opposite side so we don't burn/freeze our arms off when turning it opn

Other tapware is the Stylus Cadet range in the bathroom

And Stylus Venecia in the laundry

The shower is Stegbar Softline framed enclosure with semi frameless doors similar to what is in the display:

All windows are translucent glazing.
