Frames delivered

We got frames delivered today. But my neighbour isn't sure if that's the lot or not.  It doesn't look like the bearers and joists were delivered and the wall and roof frames (but not all the roof frames?) are in this pile:

And if they needed to deliver more... I'm not sure where they will put them.

Apparently they craned it all the way in from the street!  Over our neighbour's yard.  That would have been a site to see.

The flooring has been delivered too. It's STRUCTAflor Terminator Red from the looks of things.  Having just googled it, it looks like it's good stuff with the ability to be an extra barrier again against termites!

And the blue frames seem to indicate they are all termite treated too.  So if the chemicals don't get us it's all sweet!

(I only say this somewhat tongue in cheek cos I suffer from VOCs and get dizzy spells in some circumstances... e.g. walking past a Supercheap Auto or the new buses which have a lot of plastic.)

This photo below is of some services... they are only up to this point where the conduit is.  The rest of the way to the street (ie towards the powerpole in the photo) is yet to be done.  According to our neighbours it'll be a lot of rock under there :(
