On the build front the work has been progressing. Bricks were finished he week before so it was now time for some of the scaffolding to come down, the bricks to get cleaned and the eaves to be put in.
You'll see in the other
post about electricals, we've opted to get some under eave lights put in -- or at least the cabling to be wired to the point. We went to
Schnap Electrical today (to buy Cat6 cables) and found that we can get LED downlights for around $11 so that we'll probably do ourselves post handover.
